At rrreefs, we’re more than a team, we’re a global network of passionate ocean advocates. Alongside our core team and dedicated volunteers, we collaborate with scientists, divers, and local communities around the world to build and monitor reef structures that help restore life underwater.

    CONMAR, Ecuador

    CONMAR, a non-profit founded in 2021, promotes environmental responsibility for Ecuador’s coastal-marine resources. Leading coral research and restoration, it aims to be a leading institution in conservation through education, research, and outreach. Its diverse team includes scientists, biologists, engineers, and marine photographers.

  • CCEF (Coastal Conservation & Education Foundation, Philippines)
    Based in the southern Philippines, CCEF is a non-profit dedicated to coastal resource management, marine protected areas, and reef rehabilitation. As a trusted local partner of rrreefs, they contribute essential knowledge, training, and on-the-ground support to coral regeneration efforts across the Visayas and Mindanao regions.

  • Corales de Paz (Colombia)
    Corales de Paz is a Colombian non-profit focused on coral restoration through science, education, and community involvement. They train EcoDivers and Reef Repair Divers, implement Reef Star techniques, and lead reef monitoring across Colombia. As a partner of rrreefs, they contribute hands-on expertise and local capacity to support regeneration efforts in the region.

  • Mama Earth Foundation (Philippines)
    Mama Earth Foundation is an environmental NGO based in Mindanao, dedicated to large-scale mangrove reforestation and ocean plastic upcycling. With over 2 million mangroves planted, they support coastal protection, carbon absorption, and local livelihoods. As a community-focused partner of rrreefs, they bring essential local insight and help expand nature-based restoration across the Philippine coastline.

  • DOrSU (Davao Oriental State University, Philippines)
    A public research university based in Mati City, DOrSU plays a key role in coastal restoration and marine science in the region. In partnership with rrreefs and local communities, their faculty and students support reef and mangrove regeneration efforts in Pujada Bay, helping to build, monitor, and sustain healthy marine ecosystems.
